Behavior Interventionist (level 1)
The Behavior Interventionist provides support services, monitors, and is trained using behavior management techniques, intervention strategies, coping skills, and problem-solving for students with behavioral challenges through the use of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
Credentialed Special Education Teacher (level 1)
The Credentialed Special Education Teacher oversees a specialized sub-program within an afterschool program setting, serving students with behavioral challenges. This position is responsible for program management, implementation of behavior intervention strategies, and daily operations. The role includes direct supervision of Behavior Interventionists, staff coordination, and ensuring effective service delivery. The teacher also maintains ongoing communication with parents and collaborates with the broader program team to support student success and program alignment.
